Abstract
Today, obesity is a prevalent problem in the United States not only in adults but unfortunately, also affecting our children. Obesity is a disease involving an excessive amount of body fat. Obesity increases the risk of other diseases that could be more dangerous for example heart diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain cancers. Many children, regrettably, get these diseases at a very young age.
